We’ve been shortlisted for our work on two of our fabulous client’s e-commerce websites, Actavo Direct and Banana Moon. Congratulations to all involved!
The awards feature a number of categories, from Food and Drink E-Commerce to E-Commerce App, and also cover a number of industry sectors including Sports, Leisure, Beauty and Health.
Actavo Direct, supplier of equipment for the construction industry, has been shortlisted for the B2B E-commerce website of the year, after the team at Fantastic worked on improving the design of the website with a user led redesign. After a rigorous research phase of customer surveys and in depth analytics data analysis, the redesign completely changed the homepage to enhance the trade focus on the website and clarify the target audience of the business. In addition to this, the checkout process underwent a complete change to increase the speed of checkout and therefore improving the overall user-experience. The work undertaken on the website has led to an amazing doubling of the conversion rate!

Banana Moon, provider of an ever growing range of fully personalised clothing, have been shortlisted for Fashion/Apparel or Footwear E-Commerce Website of the Year. After an agreement to a three year improvement of usability, team Fantastic have made strides to improve the functionality on a number of areas of the website. The areas that have been improved include Artwork Approval Application, which allows customers to see a mock up created on the fly of the customer’s garments complete with the personalisation’s that they have added, and a Processes Area which involved the creation of a series of pages to explain how different personalisation processes work. In addition to this, working alongside Banana Moon’s PPC agency a number of minor changes were made throughout the user experience to increase conversion rate by 9.76% year on year.
