We are happy to announce the appointment of a new non-executive chairman to the Fantastic Media board as we look to target £3m turnover by 2026. Dave Moore, former growth and structured finance director at Lloyds Bank and founder of corporate planning and advisory consultancy, North View Advisory (NVA), will take on the role, driving the agency’s ambitious growth plans forward.

We reported our best ever year in December with multiple new clients coming on board from across the UK and Europe and 26% growth in overall revenue to £1.65m. In January, our agency acquired Faith Brand Communcations for a six-figure sum to bolster its in-house PR and content offering.

As non-executive chairman, Moore will leverage his 46 years’ relationship management experience in the banking industry working with high-growth businesses to strengthen our tried and tested client-centric and insight-driven approach.

In addition to guiding strategic initiatives, he will collaborate closely with our directors and senior leadership team to support and challenge them as well as helping to optimise business development strategies, elevate client experiences and maintain industry leadership.

Andrew Hobson, our founder and co-owner of the agency, says: “Dave will be a fantastic addition to our team, and I am confident that his skills and values align perfectly with those of Fantastic Media. Dave will bring his incredible energy, financial rigour and expertise within high growth businesses to the table, supporting our team to implement strategies that will enable us to reach our growth goals.”

Speaking of his new role, Dave Moore said: “I am excited to join the Fantastic Media team at such a pivotal time for the agency, following its recent growth and acquisition of Faith Brand Communications. My time at Lloyds and NatWest, as well as my role with NVA, has provided me with the tools needed to challenge, support and hold to account the processes, ideas and structure that make Fantastic the powerhouse that it is.”
