Additional Benefits available to all full-time, permanent members of staff

  • Death In Service: A tax-free lump sum payment equivalent to 3x their basic annual earnings should an employee pass away for any reason.
  • Income Protection: Sick pay of 60% of basic annual salary, in the event of a medical condition which results in time off work, for up to 24 months or return to work. Subject to an initial deferment period.
  • Critical Illness: A lump sum of 1x basic annual salary payable upon diagnosis of a defined illness.
