We’re pleased to announce a series of well-earned promotions across the agency, as we continue our growth journey.
These promotions follow a series of client wins, including multi-million-pound engineering and manufacturing company Castlet, direct marketing and fulfilment house, The Flow Group, and William Whiteley & Sons, one of the UK’s oldest scissor manufacturers.
Since joining Fantastic in January 2024, Steph Stretton has made a significant impact and is now stepping up as Senior Account Director. Meanwhile, Reece Newsome has been promoted to Account Director, reflecting his continued dedication and expertise.
Other key promotions include Abigail Henderson, advancing to Senior Account Manager, and Tom Wells stepping up into the role of Senior Creative Designer. Additionally, Ellie Howorth moves up to Senior Account Executive, in recognition of her growth within the team.
Finally, while not a direct promotion, our Director of Strategy, Gary Pattison, deserves a mention for achieving a grade A in his MBA in Marketing – an impressive accomplishment alongside his full-time role leading our Insights division!
Fantastic MD Sally Willis said: “As our business continues to grow, we’re excited to announce a series of internal promotions, in recognition of our team’s continued dedication in supporting our goal of reaching £2.2m in revenue this year.
“With several new account wins, we need talented people to help us deliver the high level of service and strategic insight our clients expect from us as trusted marketing advisors. It’s essential that our team has the expertise and experience to meet these demands, and our promotions reflect our commitment to building a smart, capable, and client-focused team.”
